I have a post ready for The New Now of Mallory baking apple pie with my Mom on New Year’s day. Will share soon. What is it about a kid’s hand in baking that makes it more delicious than when we make it painstakingly by ourselves? It’s sort of like scaling a cliff and arriving in tact at the top. Looking down (eesh)…… all you can do is taste it.
